About
Nestled inside of the Zinkwazi Lagoon Lodge, the Raffia Restaurant, named after the gigantic indigenous Raffia Palm, is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The setting of the elevated sundeck amongst the tropical trees overlooking a wetland and the lagoon is breathtaking. There is an extensive a la carte menu and fresh fish and local curry are our specialty.

5 months agoWhen looking for good food around, first time visiting the restaurant first thing we noticed is the amazing set up that gives you different experiences and feel around the restaurant whether you are dining outside or inside very classy and beautiful. Then we had the pleasure of being served by the most humble and warm young man who made us feel we that we definitely need to come back. Last but not least the food my word I’m a foodie so I enjoyed every bite and the portions are worth it. I will be definitely become a regular here♥️♥️

8 months agoAwesome place to eat at Zinkwazi Lagoon Lodge offering lagoon barge rides and the sea literally 300m away you can have an awesome family day out at both Lagoon and the Ocean with great facilities and Raffia restaurant to cater for all your hunger needs with Fantastic food for everyone. Live music as well for entertainment.

7 years agoVery nice setting indeed. Food was fine but not exeptional. Staff was friendly but they battled to explain the specials and even the menu.

2 years agoThis was our go to Restaurant during our short visit to Zinkwazi. Pizzas were absolutely divine. Lovely vibe. A must visit.
